I discovered yoga while working at a French shipyard under intense pressure in 2013. I was working in a very stressful situation and remembered, that I had read that yoga can relief stress. So I started to do yoga and soon I noticed the unifying power of movements in my body and mind.
Inspired by that, I applied for Seasonal Yoga RYT 200 training which I graduated in 2014. Further training, RYT-300 is currently underway. I got interested in the well-being and I am Integrative Nutrition Coach, from which I graduated in 2016. I can teach also about nutrition and weight management-related problems.
A large family and a long working life in international business have raised and developed me and taught me patience and caring for others. Without exercise, a positive attitude and willpower, I probably wouldn’t be at this point now.
I like a fast-paced workout that also challenges myself.
Although my lessons are dynamic, at the heart of it all is gentleness, self-acceptance and compassion. We have adequate performance essential in everyday life, so practice should be the place where you can just focus on your own moment and learn to be present.
I teach yoga in Joensuu at Fittar and also through online lessons everywhere.
